Exactly 1 month ago the tsunami dragged countless numbers of humans in misfortune or death. The tidal wave has human lives, houses and work places terminated and have taken live conditions for many people. One of the biggest disaster of the decade brought up the same big wave of helpfulness from the entire world.
Volunteers from many countries, small or bigger relief organizations and government institutions made monies, aid items and aid teams available. The helpfulness is really overwhelming.

Our small group has managed the best possible under those circumstances. So far we have achieved with your help the following:

- 28 orphans and half orphans have received sponsorship; lots of sponsorship inquiries, but not confirmed yet. We paid the orphans for the first month there livelihood. Who has not yet received an sponsorship will be founded by project monies.

- We bought a boat with engine and fishing equipment for 8 families from Baan Nam Kem and probably additional 3 boats will follow today.

- We repaired a heavely damaged boat for 3 families from Phuket and bought a new engine.

- We paid survival funds to 23 impoverished and homeless families for the important first period of time

- For the school in Baan Bang Muang:

Built a new bibliotheca with furniture's, books, computer self learn centrum. We managed the financial issue and start within the next 10 - 14 days.

New built toilet facilities ( the hygiene conditions in the old building was not any more expectable.) Financial issue ok. Start to built in approximately 1 week

For such a small group we are, we believe the result is great. This was just possible due to the support from Europe and USA, that means YOU.

We are glad for every child we could accommodate, for every family can manage their own life again and this is what makes our work wonderful.
